天川村は「天の国」「木の国」「川の国」の異名を持ち、古来は“聖域”だったとも考えられているそうだ。2009年に開催された奄美皆既日食音楽祭では天川神社の宮司、柿坂神酒之祐氏による護摩焚きが執り行われるなど、パーティー好きにとっては馴染みのある地名だが実際に訪れたことのある人は多くはないだろう。
なにせ天川村は日本有数の秘境のひとつで、アクセスも容易ではないそうだ。車の場合、最寄りのインターチェンジは京奈和自動車道五條北IC・御所南ICで、そこから下市・大淀方面へ進み、吉野川を渡ってからは山道が続く国道309号線を通って天川村方面へとアクセスする。奈良県南部は日本で最も道路環境が過酷なエリアとして有名で、通常時でも危険が伴う道も多い。他のルートではなく、原則「国道309号線」のみを利用するのがいいようだ。

さて、そんな秘境の天川村で誕生した新しいTechno FestivalがMOMENTだ。詳しくは下記を参照して欲しいが、ラインナップにも国内のトップDJたちが名を連ねている。

特別な場所で、特別なパーティーになるに違いない。
私たちMomentと名付けたチームは、2021年7月より、世界遺産である大峯の山々に抱かれ、美しい自然と1300年に及ぶ歴史的文化が残る奈良県天川村から、新たなフェスティバルを展開する事となりました。昨年より未曾有の事態に世界中が困惑する中、私たち音楽をはじめ様々なカルチャーを発信する者にとっても、もちろん例外ではなく、表現の場がことごとく中止、また消滅する事を余儀無くされる中で、何かこんな時だからこそ、今までに無い胸に響く特別なものに着手したいという想いから、本フェスティバルの企画が始まりました。
そして、構想を練り始めてから約一年。コンセプトを『Don’t think. Feel The Moment』と掲げ、様々な分野で活躍する方達の賛同、協力を得ることができ、実行メンバーには家庭を持つものが多いということもあって、お子様連れの方達にも心置きなく楽しんで頂ける、良い意味でとても尖った内容のフェスティバルが出来上がると思っています。実験的な面もありますが、今後発表される内容に目を向けて頂き、当日は情報『過剰』社会の昨今からしばし外れ、天川村という歴史ある地で、皆さん共に、今この”瞬間”を謳歌できる事を楽しみにしております。

近鉄特急利用。吉野線の下市口下車。
大阪阿部野橋から吉野行き特急で下市口まで1時間。
京都から橿原神宮前行き特急で橿原神宮前乗り換え、吉野行き特急で下市口まで1時間20分。
下市口から奈良交通バス（洞川温泉行き）で洞川温泉下車。1時間20分。
洞川温泉行きバスは、7月は1日6往復。
洞川温泉バス停から1.5km、徒歩20分。
または、下市口から洞川キャンプ場までタクシーで50分。
From July 2021, our team “Moment” will develop a new festival from Tenkawa Village, Nara Prefecture, which is surrounded by the World Heritage Site mountains of Omine, has beautiful nature and 1300 years of historical culture. As our world has been confused by the unprecedented situation since last year, it is no exception for us who transmit various cultures including music, and all the places of expression are forced to be canceled or disappeared.
We spent an year planning this festival.Our concept is “Don’t think. Feel The Moment” .
started from the desire to start something special that resonates with the heart, which has never been seen before.
And it’s been about a year since I started to formulate the concept.
With the support and cooperation of people who are active in various fields, we are glad to bring you a festival with very sharp content as in a good way. Since many of the executive members have a family, our content is very enjoyable for families as well.
There is also an experimental aspect to our festival, please stay informed to our latest announcements. Let’s get away from this “information excessive society ” for a while and enjoy “This moment” to gether. We will be looking forward to seeing you guys at the historic Tenkawa Village.

About 1 hour and 45 minutes by car from Umeda, Osaka
About 3 hours by car from Nagoya Station
≪By public transportation
Use Kintetsu Limited Express. Get off at Shimoichiguchi Station on the Yoshino Line.
1 hour from Osaka Abenobashi to Shimoichiguchi by limited express bound for Yoshino.
From Kyoto, take the limited express bound for Kashiharajingu-mae, change at Kashiharajingu-mae, and take the limited express bound for Yoshino to Shimoichiguchi (1 hour and 20 minutes).
From Shimoichiguchi, take the Nara Kotsu bus bound for Dorogawa Onsen and get off at Dorogawa Onsen. 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The bus bound for Dorogawa Onsen makes 6 round trips a day in July.
From Dorogawa Onsen bus stop, 1.5 km, 20 min. walk.
Alternatively, take a 50-minute cab ride from Shimoichi-guchi to the Dorogawa Campground.
