・9/21 Gate Open （TBA）前の入場はお断りさせていただいております。前泊はできません。
・狭い道が続く会場までの道のりの形状と、安全面を考え、パーティー期間中の車の出し入れはできませんので予めご了承ください。
・高校生以下のお子様は無料です。
・タープは1グループ1つまで、テントに連結などして、コンパクトに設営お願いします。
・テントの設置はテントエリアのみに限らせていただきます。
・テントエリア内への車の出入りは出来ません。お荷物は駐車場に車を停めてからお運びください。
・ゲートオープン前に会場内でのテント設営や場所取りも禁止とさせていただきます。発見した場合はキャンプ場の正規料金をキャンプ場へお支払いいただきます。
・会場周辺に路上駐車した場合、住人の方が警察に通報することになってますので絶対に止めないでください。レッカー移動される場合もあります。
・会場内でリストバンドを紛失、もしくはお持ちでないお客様を見かけた場合はその場で当日料金をお支払い頂きます。
・誘導やアナウンスに従っていただけないなどの場合は、ご退場をお願いする場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。
・会場内、直火は禁止です。焚火台の利用をお願いします。
・出店の方以外のキャンプ場内の電源利用は出来ません。発電機利用などもご遠慮ください。
・雨天決行です。悪天候、他事情での、チケットの払い戻しはございません。
・災害などでの車の事故、テントの破損、人的被害に関しての一切の責任は負いません。全て自己責任、自己管理でお願いします。
・飲酒運転及び法律で禁止されているもの、危険物の持ち込みは禁止です。
・近くに民家があります。来場の際は安全運転で、音楽のボリュームを抑えるなど、近隣住民の方に迷惑をかけずにお越しください。
・事故、紛失などの生じたトラブルに関して主催者側は責任を負いかねますので自己管理をお願いします。
・イベントでのマナーを守れない方、威圧的な方や人に迷惑をかける行為をされている方は、警察に対応をお願いすることになります。全員に思いやりを持ち楽しく遊びましょう。

◾️◾️Details about accommodation plans
From this year, we have added accommodation plans that include transportation to and from the hotel and the venue. The accommodation plans allow you to fully enjoy the 3-day event while comfortably resting at a hotel nearby the event venue.

●Advanced Tickets + accommodation ¥28,000 (limited 200 tickets)

The above prices are for 1 adult with the below conditions:
●Accommodation for 2 nights at a nearby hotel
●Transportation to and from the hotel and the event venue
●Meals are not included
●Shared bath available
●Accommodation fees for children

Since children up to 18 years of age will not be charged festival entrance fee, please play the accommodation fee directly to the hotel at your time of arrival.

Purchase 2 Early Bird + accommodation tickets on the web and pay the accommodation fee for your children at the hotel
Total fee on the web: ¥25,000 X 2 = ¥50,000
Total fee for children’s accommodation: ¥4,550 x 2 + ¥6,500 x 2 = ¥22,100
Grand total: ¥50,000 + ¥22,100 = ¥72,100

◾️◾️Hotel Information
●Accommodation ticket fees (for adults) are for a 2 night stay. Please note that we do not offer accommodation for 1 night.
●You will be staying at one of the hotels nearby the venue run by the NAEBA Tourist Association.
●You will not be able to choose your hotel. You will receive an e-mail regarding hotel information after you have placed your order on the web.
●If you would like to use a hotel room for a larger group of people, please place one joint order on the web, so you will all be allocated to the same room (there will be no shared rooms with other staying guests.)
●The transportation time from the hotels to the venue is about 10 mins.

2,000 yen per garbage bag.
Please buy at least 3 garbage bag at the entrance. You can leave the garbage at the venue by using that bag.

■■Important Guidelines
By purchasing the tickets and participating in the event, we assume your understanding and compliance on the following conditions:
1) The gate to the festival will open on 9/21 (Sat). Prior entrance will not be permitted.
2) Children under the age of 18 (accompanying an adult) will not be charged an entrance fee. Those without proper identification may be denied entrance.
3)You will be allowed to build one tarp and tent per group at the designated campsite. Due to the limitation of campsite space, please connect your tent and tarp.
4) You will not be able to drive to the campsite. Please unload your car at the parking space.
5)Open fire type campfire is not permitted. Please use a portable fire pit.
6)Only the registered vendors will be allowed to use electricity at the site. The use will not be open to public and will also not allow generators on the site.
7)The event will proceed rain or shine. We will not reimburse your money due to the cancellation of part or entire event for typhoon, earthquake or other unforeseeable causes.
8)Please do not (DUI) drive under the influence when you approach or exit the premise. Drive safely and be mindful to neighboring houses near the venue. Please, please DO NOT blast your music with your windows open.
9)This is a peaceful event. Please DO NOT bring weapons and other illegal substances. Please get high on music, people, and ambience. Celebrate life!
10)We cannot be held responsible for accidents and the loss of your personal belongings. Get to know your neighbors and lookout for each other. Never leave your valuables unattended.
11)You may be asked to leave if you don’t comply with the rules or stop your obnoxious behavior. Let’s bring a lot of love and smiles to the dance floor!
